Two proactive service reviews will be conducted for your home, specifically at the 90-day and 11-month periods. For each of these reviews, our Customer Care Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment.
The 90-Day Review is designed to address any issues that might arise after the initial occupancy of your home. Your Customer Care Representative will also review any operational or maintenance issues you would like to discuss. The painter will return to meet with you for a paint final on your home.
The 11-Month Review is also designed to identify items needing attention and to schedule the appropriate repair work. In addition, the 11-month review provides the homeowner an opportunity to ensure that any and all deficiencies are identified and repaired prior to the end of the 1-Year Warranty period.
