I have sold Willie and Willie homes for the past almost 4 years and I have not had a Buyer that has not been very satisfied. Willie and Willie is a QUALITY home builder that uses the most qualified Sub Contractors and quality materials in their homes. They are very detailed in the home buying process, which makes the experience pleasant.
Willie and Willie have a great system of procedures after the sale of the home, to give the home buyer all of the information to maintain their home.

I am very pleased with the process of construction on our new home. It seems to be moving along very quickly. We have stopped by to check it out from time to time, and we are always surprised in how much they have gotten done since the last time. Little more than a month ago there was not even a slab on our lot. Now the entire house is built, all of the drywall is in and finished, rough pluming/electrical are done, the cabinets are in, it seems very close to completion. The results we receive from Willie and Willie are overall very positive. They were very accommodating in allowing us to add some upgrades throughout the construction process that we were unsure of initially, even though they were supposed to all be selected “up front.” It is evident that they are passionate about what they do, and I admire their ability to make solid recommendations without trying to push their own preferences and tastes on the customer. They have both stayed late into the evening waiting for us to come to their office in order to accommodate our work schedule, for that I am grateful.

We only visited a few neighborhoods before finding ourselves at reserve at cross creek. We immediately fell in love with the style of homes, finishes, the land and the neighborhood. Willie and Willie Contractors went the extra mile during our last walkthrough to ensure that our needs were met so that we could start our new chapter in our beautiful new home. We’re pleased with our new home and would definitely buy or build with Willie and Willie again. They were easy to deal with during the sale, and have continued to be there afterwards in addressing any issue or concern we’ve had. We are relieved at how pleasant and stress free building a home has been. The attention to detail throughout the house is great!
We love the custom cabinets, counterpace, and fixtures along with the details on our breakfast bar. We are enjoying our roomy master bath, especially the soaking tub and chandelier. We feel like we got a great house at a great value.

We went to Cross Creek Subdivision and decided we wanted to live there so we looked around at all the model homes and none of them stuck out until we stepped in The Laurel…we knew that was the house we wanted built! Awesome layout from the high vaulted ceiling to the archways going into the bedrooms!
We are very pleased with the process…we go out to look and see the progress every week and it had really come together ahead of schedule!
Anytime we had any concerns we contacted Debbie and she got back with us promptly and reassured us of things that we thought was a misunderstanding! Very professional and helpful! The selection for our home colors went great! Mr. Richard was so helpful with all of our choices and so pleasant to work with. There was variety for all the different options we could choose but not enough to overwhelm. The only suggestion I could make would be larger granite samples to really see the whole look together but, later on we were able to meet with their supplier and see the entire slab. We appreciate all the Willie and Willie team showing up to support us.

Buying a home for the first time on my own was overwhelming enough, so having a lender, agent, and builder who made the process seamless definitely lessened my anxieties. Everyone involved was professional and informative throughout the home buying process. Wendy made sure that I knew who to contact for any issues with my home after closing while reiterating that I could always contact her and if it were something they didn't handle, she would point me in the right direction. It was a blessing to work with such a great group of people during this time and would definitely work with them again in the future!
