Warranty Coverage
At Willie & Willie, we stand behind the quality of our work. Every home we build includes a 5-2-1 warranty, in accordance with the Louisiana New Home Warranty Act.
5-Year Structural Warranty
For five (5) years from the Act of Sale date, your home is protected against major structural defects caused by non-compliance with building standards or defects in materials or workmanship.
2-Year Systems Warranty
For two (2) years, all major systems—including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilation—are covered against defects related to materials, workmanship, or building standards. (This excludes appliances and fixtures.)
1-Year Workmanship & Materials Warranty
For one (1) year, your home is covered for defects in materials or workmanship, including issues related to building standards.
Additional Manufacturer Warranties
Some components in your home may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our standard coverage.
